Embedded Files

In addition to editing text content, you can also drag files into your Rich Text pages. This might be good way to store research files or other resources needed for your writing project.

Click and drag the file from the Windows file system onto the editor surface and drop by releasing the left mouse button.

In the screen capture above, I am dropping an excel worksheet onto the editor.

The excel worksheet is represented by a standard excel file icon. Double-click the icon to view it in the program associated with the file type, in this case, Microsoft Excel.
